The Calabria Family Wine Group has purchased distributors House of Fine Wine and The Wine Company.
The distribution agencies have been purchased from Indevin (Villa Maria brand owner) and the Tahbilk Group respectively.
The family business, established in 1945, will take over Australian distribution of their brand portfolio including Groupe Bollinger, Villa Maria and Tahbilk, managing all on‑premise and independent retail distribution nationally.
Andrew Calabria says the milestone reflects the family’s dedication and marks a significant step forward in strengthening Calabria Family Wine Group’s portfolio and national footprint across both on‑premise and independent retail channels.

As part of the transition, Calabria Family Wine Group has integrated key personnel from both the House of Fine Wine and The Wine Company into its sales, customer service and marketing teams.
