The Winery Technology Expo – a must-attend event for those in the South Australian wine industry – will be held in the Barossa on Wednesday 24 May.
While viticulture and wine production rely on expertise and experience for great results, there are many benefits that come with modern technology to help ensure consistency in winemaking processes.
The question for winemakers is: are you using technology to complement your skills and experience to achieve optimal results?
In this event, a team of technology experts from Centralian Controls, ame Pump Specialists and ifm will be presenting on some of the ways that wine producers can harness technology to improve and maintain quality in the flavour of their wine while reducing waste.
Held at the Vine Inn in Nuriootpa, attendees will have the opportunity to ask experts questions about how they could use technology better.
Importantly, the event is designed as a networking exercise so that wine industry professionals, enthusiasts and technology experts can mingle over cheese and wine to discuss ideas and experiences.
Often the best ideas are generated with a glass of wine in hand!
