Five-star winery Penley Estate in Coonawarra is the latest winery to be put on the market.
Colliers is marketing the property as “a complete and established wine business, steeped in history with its roots firmly cemented in the Coonawarra terroir”.
The sale includes the winery, barrel store, cellar door, a manager’s residence and 86 hectares of vineyards.
Penley Estate – established by Kym, Ang and Bec Tolley – released its first wines in 1988.
Bec took full ownership of the business in 2015 and Kate Goodman was appointed winemaker.
Kym still makes wine under his own label The Last Emperor.
Penley Estate was a finalist in the 4th Annual Vineyard of the Year Awards.
It received five red stars in the 2025 Halliday Wine Companion.
The property is for sale by expressions of interest which close on Thursday 7 November.
