Metala and Killibinbin wines will be available to New Zealand consumers for the first time in more than 20 years after the Adams family signed a strategic partnership with the Indevin Group.

“The team at Metala is excited for the opportunity to share our passion and products with our neighbours across the ditch,” says Guy Adams, fifth-generation owner of Metala.

“Partnering with Indevin Group, who share our commitment to quality and exceptional winemaking, is a significant milestone for us.

“We believe that our Metala and Killibinbin wines will be warmly welcomed by New Zealand wine lovers.”

Guy extends his gratitude to the South Australian Department of Trade and Investment whose support has been instrumental in creating this opportunity.

“Their programs have been invaluable in helping us enter a number of new export markets, driving sustainable growth for our brands,” he says.

Indevin Group, New Zealand’s largest producer and exporter of quality wine, consists of an exceptional portfolio of brands loved by consumers all over the world, spearheaded by the iconic Villa Maria brand.

In New Zealand, Indevin has a full-service sales team nationwide.

Metala and Killibinbin are the first partnership brands to be sold in their New Zealand portfolio, giving Indevin an even greater offering for customers and consumers.

“Metala and Killibinbin are a strong fit for our branded portfolio with their approachable styles and commitment to quality,” says Indevin chief sales officer Sam Mills.

“We look forward to introducing the distinguished legacy of Metala Wines to our New Zealand customers.”

Metala and Killibinbin wines will be available in New Zealand liquor retailers from August.
