Seppeltsfield Barossa recognised in the top three Australian wineries globally

The World’s Best Vineyards 2019 awards have been announced in London overnight, Seppeltsfield Barossa representing Australia in the top three and globally at number 47.

The prestigious awards consist of a voting academy from around the globe, and the criteria is the ‘total experience’ including vineyard, culinary, wine tasting and tourism offering. The aim of the World’s Best Vineyards list is to raise the profile of wine tourism, and encourage visitors from all over the world to explore the world’s best wineries and vineyards.

The World’s Best Vineyards 2019 list has been compiled from all of the nominations by the global academy of voters. There are 18 chairs who have nominated up to 36 judges; each have voted for the top seven vineyards that they have visited from anywhere in the world.
