The Vineyards of Sydney has rewritten the history of Australia’s wine industry by giving Sydney its due recognition as the ‘Cradle of the Australian Wine Industry’, for it was in the Sydney region that the Australian wine industry began and it was from Sydney that many of Australia’s well recognised vineyard areas developed and received their root stock.
