Inca Lee has been appointed chief executive of the South Australian Wine Industry Association (SAWIA).
Currently chief executive of Vinehealth Australia, Inca will start her new role on 27 June, replacing Brian Smedley who is retiring.
“Inca brings a wealth of experience and knowledge having worked in wine industry corporate roles and industry organisations,” SAWIA president Kirsty Balnaves says.
“Inca is highly capable at working with Government, a variety of industry organisations and individual wine businesses.
“Importantly, Inca is passionate about the future of the South Australian wine industry and the contribution she can offer.
Inca says, “I am delighted to have the opportunity to build on SAWIA’s impressive advocacy and leadership position, and highly valued member services.
“I look forward to working alongside the SAWIA team, members, industry and government to advance the position of our great industry.”
