Nothing But Blue Skies From Now On

Two Hands Wines in the Barossa has produced a wine called Blue Skies with 100 percent of proceeds going to Hutt St Centre in Adelaide.

You can purchase the wine here for $30 a bottle.

Hutt St Centre is Adelaide’s longest-serving charity supporting the homeless, and serves hundreds of meals each day to people in need, along with providing showers, lockers, education and job support, and many other services.

“Blue Skies will work towards raising money to improve the life of somebody else along the way,” Two Hands owner Michael Twelftree says.

“Two Hands will donate 100 percent of the sale price of this wine to the Hutt St Centre.

“Their aim has always been to end homelessless for every person who walks through their doors, with care, and without judgement.

“We recently bottled four barrels of this wine, which gives us 132 dozen, our goal is to hopefully raise $50,000.”

The wine is a Cabernet Franc 2021 which was sourced from the Hickinbotham vineyard in Clarendon.

“The wine is undeniably fantastic,” Michael says.

“For mine it is drinking closer to a $50 bottle than a $30 bottle.

“It will definitely age, and will be at its best in four to five years, served best with a big lump of hard mature cheese.”
