Calabria Family Wine Group has confirmed House of Fine Wine as its unified domestic trading and distribution platform, creating a simpler, more streamlined way for the market to engage with the group’s growing portfolio.
The move follows the group’s February acquisition of House of Fine Wine and The Wine Company, marking the next phase of integration, bringing its domestic distribution businesses together under a single, premium, market-facing identity.
Under the House of Fine Wine banner, the combined platform unites portfolios and teams across Calabria Family Wine Group, House of Fine Wine and The Wine Company, strengthening national reach and capability across on-premise and independent retail channels.
Calabria Family Wine Group remains proudly family-owned, with no changes to ownership, customer relationships, supply arrangements or trading terms as a result of this transition.
Andrew Calabria, Sales & Marketing director and third-generation family member, said the move reflects the group’s long-term vision for a more cohesive and scalable distribution model.
“This is a natural and exciting next step following our recent acquisitions,” he says.
“By bringing our distribution businesses together under the House of Fine Wine name, we’re creating greater clarity for the market while building a platform that supports growth, investment and long-term partnerships, all while remaining proudly family owned.”
Simon Limmer, CEO of Indevin Group, owner of the Villa Maria brand, said the unified platform will support the brands continued growth in Australia.
“Calabria Family Wine Group brings deep market expertise, with a strong distribution platform that ensures greater consistency in how brands are represented,” Limmer saus.
“We’re confident this next phase will strengthen execution for Villa Maria in Australia and support continued investment in long-term brand building with the trade.”
