It’s All Happening In Adelaide

By Thursday 9 June 2022September 28th, 2023No Comments

There’s just over two weeks to go until the Australian grape and wine community comes together again in Adelaide for its biggest event – the Australian Wine Industry Technical Conference and the WineTech trade exhibition.

Delegate numbers and workshop ticket sales are “looking great”, according to the organisers, and the trade exhibition is close to being sold out.

For so many people it’s an opportunity to get an update on the state of the industry, but perhaps more importantly after two years of lockdowns, to mix with colleagues face to face in the one location.

High-profile speakers at the 18th AWITC include ex-Foreign Minister Julie Bishop, social commentator Bernard Salt and economist Saul Eslake.

WBM – Australia’s Wine Business Magazine is a Media Partner of the AWITC and copies of the magazine featuring John Hughes of Rieslingfreak on the cover will be freely available at the event.

Topics of discussion at the Conference will include the state of the economy, exports, supply and demand and the latest innovations and technology.

If you haven’t registered yet, it’s not too late. Register online now.

The workshop program kicks off on Sunday 26 June and the Conference proper on Monday 27 June.
